What happens when you visit

Nothing is written to your device. We set no cookies for analytics and use no local storage. Every image, font and stylesheet comes from our own domain.

One script does come from elsewhere: Cloudflare Web Analytics. When a page loads it records the address of the page, the site that sent you here, your approximate country, your browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded. Cloudflare processes this for us, under our instructions, and does not combine it with information from other websites it works with. It uses no identifier of any kind, so repeat visits cannot be linked to each other or to you. We see totals, never individuals.

What we do not do

• No advertising or marketing tracking, and no advertising pixels
• No profile of you, and no behavioural targeting
• No tracking of you across other websites
• No session recording, heatmaps or replay of your visit
• No selling of data, and no sharing with advertisers
• No advertising or tag-manager scripts, ever

Things that load only when you ask for them

Two features involve another company, and neither one starts until you choose it.

• Live chat. The chat button in the corner is ours and contacts nobody. If you press it, we explain that starting a chat loads HubSpot, our customer messaging provider, which may store cookies on your device and will receive your IP address. Only pressing Start chat loads it. If you never press it, HubSpot is never contacted. To clear anything HubSpot has stored, delete cookies for this site in your browser.
• Joining the waitlist. Submitting the waitlist form sends your details to Mailchimp, the platform we use to run the waitlist, and allows Mailchimp to store a cookie on your device that can last up to one year. We say this on the form, above the button, before you submit.

Contacting us through the contact form does not store anything on your device.

Our server records

Like any website, ours runs on servers that keep access logs. These are created by our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, and can include your IP address, the page you requested and the time. We use them only to keep the site running securely and to investigate faults. They are never used to build a picture of you, are never combined with anything else we hold, and are not used for analytics or marketing. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the service.

Who else sees any of this

For an ordinary visit, nobody. HubSpot sees your information only if you start a chat. Mailchimp sees it only if you join the waitlist. Both act on our instructions. We do not share information with advertisers and we do not sell it.

Your control

Switching analytics off stops the Cloudflare script loading at all on this browser, from your next page view onwards. It costs nothing, needs no account, and we remember it. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as an objection on its own and do not load the script, whatever this setting says.

If you would rather not involve HubSpot or Mailchimp, simply do not start a chat or join the waitlist, and email us at team@repolify.com instead. You can delete anything already stored by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.
